Bookings made through a Travel Agent

The travel agent will make the booking on your behalf and will specify whether it is on a B&B or half board basis (this includes dinner). The travel agent will pay us directly for your accommodation.

Any other charges, not included by the agent, will be payable by you at the end of your stay.

Our Manager will give you an invoice and you can pay in either Rupees, US$, Euro or Sterling. We can also accept credit cards (Mastercard or Visa) but we lose money on these transactions.

Independent Travellers

Reservations can be made directly by those who do not wish to use a travel agent.

With your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the accommodation charge. When you make a booking we will invoice you for the deposit and give payment instructions.

The remainder of the accommodation charge should be paid one month before your visit to Ellerton. Other charges for meals and laundry should be paid at the end of your stay.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made within 1 month of the arrival date, 30% of the accommodation charge will be levied.

If cancellation is within 1 week of arrival date 100% will be charged.
